EXPLORE, DISCOVER, CONNECT and CREATE from inside out during this 3-day RE:CREATION-TREAT in Maastricht this July.

As humans we are multifaceted beings with different talents to explore, however often thoughts of fear, perfectionism or self-doubt limit us in truly living our creative potential.

We will encourage you to start or deepen the use of your creativity. Through yoga, dance, meditation, poetry, theatre, songwriting, cooking and music we will tune into our inner creativity, playfulness and spirituality. We will guide you discovering your way to let creative and spiritual processes enrich your life and learn how you can give artistic shape and creation to what moves you.

Mornings will focus on working with body, movement and breath and the afternoons are times of creation, each time focused in a different discipline or combinations (e.g. poetry/ music/ theatre/cooking).
